What began as a creative outlet for a devoted mom, Cherese, alongside her young daughter, has blossomed into a thriving family business. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks before your event to ensure availability and give us ample time to plan and design your custom balloon installation.

Do you handle setup and takedown?

Yes, our team takes care of everything from setup to takedown, so you can focus on enjoying your event without any added stress. For after business hours takedown, please consult us as there may be an additional fee?

What types of events do you cater to?

We cater to a wide range of events, including birthdays, weddings, corporate events, baby showers, anniversaries, and more. No matter the occasion, we’ll create a design that perfectly suits your celebration.

Can I customize the colors and design?

Absolutely! We work closely with you during the consultation process to understand your vision and customize the colors, style, and overall design to match your event’s theme and your personal taste.
Some customized colors may require the art of double stuffing, which can be provided at an additional cost.

How long do the balloon arrangements last?

Our balloon designs are made to last for the duration of your event. Indoors, they can last several WEEKS, while outdoor installations may be more sensitive to weather conditions. We’ll provide guidance based on your specific setup.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery as part of our service, ensuring your balloon arrangements arrive safely and are set up with care. Delivery is usually included within your customized quote.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Dallas and DFW area. On occasion we offer services in the Houston, TX area. If you’re outside of these areas, feel free to reach out, and we’ll see how we can accommodate your needs.

What is the pricing for your services?

Our pricing varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We do have a pricing menu that can be used as a reference, but these are not guaranteed, as color and balloon sizes often play a factor in pricing.
